Scam Slammed...?

I was looking for a new Job, and stumbled upon an odd job on Indeed.com from a Company called "Wevidit". Thier site and their binding contracts were really shady, and it stated I had no intellectual rights to the ideas I would've pitched to them! I wouldn't recommend looking to them for work.
